This experience was completely unacceptable. We were forced to stay at this property with young children despite unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The air conditioning did not work, making the home unbearable, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, leaving us with severe back pain.The house had a strong, unpleasant odor and thick dust throughout, including on the couch, which was so dirty we couldn’t even sit on it. The kitchen was poorly maintained, with dirty dishes left behind and no dishwasher. It felt like the property had not been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time.The listing is also misleading. The pictures posted do not accurately reflect the actual property. It is advertised as having three bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and two powder rooms. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is downstairs and completely detached from the main house—it is a converted garage, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing.To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi or phone signal, leaving us unable to contact anyone for help. Being stuck in these conditions with young children was stressful and unacceptable. Do not be misled by the listing. We strongly advise others, especially families, to avoid this property.

House was nice and the rooms are super cute! The only downside was I thought we were getting 3 full bathrooms with this rental but this property only has 1 full bath and 2 half baths... makes making sure everyone gets a shower a bit tougher for larger families. (We had 8 people) And one of the bedrooms is detached from the main house... appears the detached garage was converted to the 3rd bedroom.

You can see the ocean from the property. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful. We enjoyed the ice cream truck that came buy on Saturday. It brought back memories when i was a child.

Wonderful Location, Cozy House, Quiet Neighborhood, Not to clean we had to wash everything we used,the plates still had hard dried food on them, there where used soaps in the rinse area with hair it was grossed, also the downstairs room had used soap as well and found dishes with mold, the internet did not worked neither the arcade game downstairs.

The house had some significant cleanliness issues, with dirty walls, a bathroom that smelled of urine, and even some poop on the bathroom wall. The room layout was deceiving, with furniture blocking doors and closets. Plus, the third bedroom was actually a converted garage. While the location and pool size were okay, the overall experience was marred by the need for a deep clean. The house also had an issue with the AC going out, but the owner responded quickly by installing two window units to address the problem.

Modest accommodations, beachy decor, and lots of sleeping options. Missed having a dishwasher and the AC was tricky and we woke up in 80 degrees temps The owners were quick to reply and assist. We appreciate the communication!! Perfect for small children!

Nice location, a little rough inside

We stayed here the night before we boarded a Royal Caribbean cruise. While the location wasn't close to the cruise terminal, it was very close to the beach in a quiet community, which we loved. However, the house itself was a little rough. There was a lot of little things that added up - the couch was super dirty, the shower curtain was torn up, the water never got hot during a shower, the bed frames in the bottom bedroom were broken, there were remotes missing for the tv's and the remote that was there was almost unusable because the buttons were so worn and half didn't work, there were soft spots in the flooring. The check in and out process was easy and communication was good, but again, the house itself is just a bit rough. It worked out ok for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn't have enjoyed staying there longer term.

Decent but some dead bugs

Everything was okay. They did allow us to check in early which was nice. The place was overall clean however, we did find dead roaches. Needs a good walk through prior to having guests. It was a little off putting.

Great place

We had an absolutely amazing time. The beach box stay made it even better, the ease of check in and out and the overall comfort of the place! The room at the bottom was great for the older kids and great for Mom and Dad!!! Would most definitely stay again!
