"It is unfortunate that what should have been a relaxing, comfortable 3 night stay at a designated 4 star hotel turned into something very different. With the exception of Nabil, a terrific employee, the other staff made every effort to act and behave in ways that puts the word hospitality to shame. The attitude of a particular employee at the dining room and breakfast room was simply unacceptable. The explicit aggressive behavior of this employee left us both dismayed and in disbelieved. He alone is the reason why we will never be back at San Antonio El Real Hotel. We are sorry that the owners of this hotel have to read this but we believe they must to learn about some employees they have that are clearly damaging their business in Segovia.
We also need to point out that the cleaning of the room left much to be desired for a 4 star hotel, not even taking out and replacing the used coffee mugs."
