🌟 The first bedroom features a queen bed with blackout curtains and luxury bamboo sheets for a restful night. The second bedroom offers a comfy trundle bed (two twins) and a versatile space for studying or playing. The bathroom with a shower and bathtub is conveniently located between both bedrooms.

🌟 The full kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the laundry room is stocked with free and clear pods for your laundry needs. Brew a cup of coffee from our Keurig or French press, with the best K-cup coffee from local roasters, Phoenix Roasters.

🌟 Relax on the back patio in a hammock swing chair or on the patio furniture. There’s also a large gas grill and a fire pit with café lights for cool evenings. We provide all the basic household items like dishes, cookware, and bathroom products to make your stay easy and relaxing.

This home is a duplex, and your private space is on the left side, which includes your own patio.

We hope to host you soon! When you book, we will be available during your stay to answer any questions or concerns. It`s our mission to make sure your stay is as smooth and memorable as possible.

Located right in the heart of Gainesville and a 5-10 minute walk to the always lively downtown square and just as close to the hospital. We`re the perfect location to be near shopping, dining, and local fun. Our downtown even has a trolley ride! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We also are across from the Brenau University theatre. Walking and running trails and the Gainesville city park are down the street.

⭐Midterm stays are available. Perfect for traveling professionals, students, guests needing a temporary home, etc.

Additional requests:
⭐ Please put all dishes in the dishwasher; do not leave dirty dishes in the sink to avoid a fee from the cleaner.
⭐ Please check around the house for your belongings. We can send anything you have left, but there is a separate $20 charge on top of the postal amount.

⭐ Our trash pickup day is on Tuesdays. Trash bins should be rolled from the side of the house to the curb on Monday evenings for a Tuesday morning pickup.
