Made reservations in January. Upon checking in, they gave us 2 wheelchair accessible rooms. My room hair dryer was damaged. Took us 10 minutes to figure out how to use shower. Lightning was dim and weak. Clerk said sorry, that's all we have left. Take this hotel off your list or I will use another agency.

Good valtfor one night

A no frills hotel. Good value for one night. Avoid staying on the first floor. They have a bizarre charge for the safe which you can refund when you check out.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Beds are ehhh, not soft but not hard either. The snack box was a nice surprise, filled with good snacks. Hotel has no breakfast, there was coffee and filtered water. Lots of places to eat within walking distance of hotel.

For the price compared to other higher rated hotels it was worth it. I would not stay here for an extended stay but for one night it did the job. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were pencil thin. Overall the room was decent but the bathroom ceiling needed repairs and the stuff was just old. You get what you pay for.

The room was rag-tag and pieced together with caulk in the shower, the room wreaked of bleach and cheap cleaner, and we found a live roach in the room. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again!
