Casa Do Cimo is a must for all those interested in the history and tradition of the area of Fundao. Fredrico was charming and very helpful. His cats also helped to make my stay more interesting. My understanding of the Portugese language grew by leaps and bounds during my time here.

lorsque vous pénétrez dans cette maison vous pénétrez dans 5 siècles d'histoire Portugaise une decoration exceptionnelle et des hôtes(chatelains) à la fois hyper serviable et aussi tres sympa. Bref si vous voulez quelquechose de different en dehors des sentiers battus n'hesitez pas

maison remarquable

un peu éloigné pour diner quand on est à pied et qu'on ne veut pas prendre de véhicule ( nous étions à moto) et souhaitions déguster une bonne bouteille alors nous avons fait une bonne marche et somme allés dans un très bon resto ( 2km) . la casa est un lieu magnifique, une des plus belle maison de notre périple au portugal ( nous avons fait le grand tour) et la classons en tête....

Casa do Cimo is a beautiful mansion filled with antiques, comfortable public rooms, a lovely bedroom, and a lovely view of the sun setting over the cherry orchard. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed in many months.
