The staff was very cordial and helpful during our week’s stay at the Tokyu Stay Tenjin. For example, we had an issue with the AC, and they sent a staff up immediately to resolve the problem. Love the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely return in the future, The hotel is very convenient to the “city center”, within walking distance to many eateries, convenience stores, and especially Don Quixote ( popular discount store).
