Telephone was not hooked. They donโ€™t clean rooms everyday. They give you a bag with new towels, tea bags and amenities. I had to do all replacements by myself. I never heard such a thing this hotel is very historical prestigious hotel, they should offer all to guests.

I loved staying at the Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. Everything was elegant and the staff were very helpful and kind. Although the room was outdated, all the important things were great. The mattress was perfect - slept so well. The sheets were also fresh and clean. The bathroom in the double room was large and so were the towels. And the location was incredibly convenient, too. Oh and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Japan.
