Good for what it is. Non-smoking room that smelled of stale cigarettes, but otherwise fine for a two night stay. Good price, bed was comfortable, in a good area close to things to do. Would stay again for a short stay.
Quiet ambience. The hall in the hotel is quite hot. Self-service while check-in but the staff is quite nice. Willing to help and provide assistance, in spite of finding difficulties in communicating in English.

Slightly away from the nearest subway station. Very basic business hotel. Did not find value for money for the amount we paid for the stay.
Very large bedroom by Japanese standards but a tiny washroom.
They could've designed the space better.
Will stay closer to Hakata station or Canal City for our next visit.
It’s a no-frills place and it shows. The coin lockers that greet you on the first floor are a giveaway. Instead of letting you check your bags before you check in, you check your bag yourself. As hotels go, it’s like a subway station-you’re sharing it with other commuters. And it might not be luxurious, but that’s okay-especially in Japan where things are safe. Not a stretch limo, but it works just fine.

strangely the reception is set on 10/F, while there is only 1 elevator available in the hotel, which is a little bit inconvenient
There is only 1 lift to serve 10 levels. The lobby is also on the top floor which makes it troublesome.
Rather old - and cleanliness can be improved. Found long hair in the room, on the bed in between my 2 night stay.
Specifically asked for a non smoking room but ended up not having it. Staff were nice but the facilities are not. You get the value of what you paid for but at least they should have taken some time to really tidy up the room.
Reasonable price, especially for Fukuoka. I expected a more claustrophobic room, but it wasn't as small as expected. The room was big enough for my wife and I. Bathroom/ shower were as narrow as is common in the area. Hair dryer, shampoo, rinse and body soap were included. You can ask for extra towels and other amenities. The Nepalese staff were professional and nice. They spoke to me in Japanese. I didn't try to find out if they also speak English too.

This property was situated within walking distance of the ferry terminal which was exactly what we needed for the nights stay so location was good, however the bed was so uncomfortable that I could not have stayed here for more than a night, both me and my partner woke up with a bad back, the pillows were so thin, the bathroom was so small that sat on the toilet your knees touched the wall, the bathroom/bath/shower just generally didn't look very clean and the room was really small with only one side of the bed accessible to get into and having to shimmy past a chair and the bed to get to the window. Not very close to any train lines. Has a wonderful bar across from the hotel entrance though.
