Good stay, beds a little tough

Good location overlooking the ocean, and one nice local walks on the hills and along the coast. Service was good, although food options are limited - there is a small cafe in the main hotel and a few smaller cafes within a 5 minute drive. We had the jacuzzi on the roof which was brilliant, the views are amazing. Beds are quite hard, and a bit tough for us to sleep. Kitchen is also super basic with very simple kitchen utensils, so limited ability to cook. It’s about a 45 minute drive to central Fukuoka. Overall a pleasant stay, and great for families.

部屋は最高のロケーションで眺めが良く素敵でした。しかし、夜に断水となり急に水が出なくなったのは困りました… フロントへの直通の電話がないため、コールセンター経由で問い合わせ…2時間程で復旧しましたが、その後今回の補償に関しての返信も1週間経つがまだなく、チェックアウトの際も従業員の方から一切断水の事についてのお詫びも無かったのは残念でした。
