Location and outside area



Located in the countryside at 3.5 km from Frigiliana, this villa provides a comfortable and peaceful retreat for a small family. The terraced garden includes a small lawn with a fishpond on the approach to the front door and is planted with flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees. The kidney-shaped pool (7x3 m) is on a private terrace with a pool shower, patio furniture, sun-loungers, and sunshades. The east facing veranda, directly accessed from the pool area and also through French doors from the living room, is the ideal spot for a siesta in the shade or for your barbecue dinners. The beaches of Nerja (7.5 km) are just a 10-15 minute drive away.







Inside and lay-out



With all rooms on the ground floor this villa has been very tastefully furnished and decorated in a rustic Andalusian style. The open-plan living area opens onto an ample kitchen up a small step from the living room with TV, music centre, and a log-burning stove for winter warmth. The house benefits of high ceilings throughout, so it always feels very spacious and airy in the heat of the summer. There are generous windows and French doors (with built-in mosquito nets) opening onto the shaded veranda. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4 rings vitro hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler fridge and a coffee machine. The washing machine is placed in a utility room. There are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a shower room with WC and washbasin.
