Renovated and Clean. Does not have complimentary breakfast or a hottub outside to go with the pool, but the hotel is great and was in a convenient location for the duration of my trip. I think the courtyard facing rooms may be better, but I had a parking lot facing room on ground level and it was quick getting in and out of the hotel.
