Overall good. Upon checkin the clerk must have not been in a very good mood. Didn’t let it ruin my trip and the next morning I had my request to add my stay in to my rewards with the staff on duty.

I arrived later in the evening, around 10:30. Upon reaching my room, I was shocked to find a used soap In the shower, along with open shampoo and conditioner, all of which had obviously been used by the previous guest. Perhaps this was an oversight on the housekeeping staff when cleaning they cleaned the room. The room was otherwise clean, and the staff was courteous. The front desk attendant didn’t seem bothered when I brought the used soap to their attention the next morning.

This was our hotel stay during our French Lick visit. We were looking for something clean and quiet. When we first got there, we were given a room on the first floor. Immediately after walking in, i realize the room had not been cleaned at all. The bed sheets were crumbled up at the foot of the bed, there was a cold cup of coffee. We went back to the front desk and they apologized and gave us a room on the third floor. There was a lot of crumbs in the hallway which raises concern of how clean the hotel was. The beds were average, but the bathroom had great water pressure and hot water. Price was above average, higher than what you would expect given the above experience. On our day of check out, there was no one at the front desk. Typically I like to check out in person and hand the key card, but after waiting for 5 min I just drop the card and left. Not what you would expect in the morning for check out.

We drove through a snow storm, got to the hotel early, but desk clerk refused to let us check in early. We had to wait for a couple hours in our car outside in the cold. Never have we been treated like that before.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The only issue I have, and this has happened the last two times I've stayed there, is the water in the shower is NOT HOT ENOUGH. No one wants to shiver in the shower. They need to adjust this.

The room was clean and quite large. Hotel appeared to be pretty new. The mattress was very comfortable. We didn't hear anything, the room was very quiet, and we got a good night's sleep. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. We were told the indoor pool water was very cold, so we didn't swim. That was our only disappointment. The town is very small so everything we wanted to see was only a short drive away.
