The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed here two times in the same week on a round-trip to Omaha and the experience was the same on both stays (the second we had an issue with the 1st Floor room smelling a little musty, but they quickly remedied this for us). The only negative for this property is that during our stays the water had a sulfur smell. They are aware of the issue and it has something to do with the well water and certain times of year (Spring being one). I would probably stay here again, but they really need to do something about that issue, even if it only happens at specific times. It's very off-putting, although you smell it more when using the sink than using the shower.
