Nice and comfy house in Fréjus

The house is really nice, located in a private property with access only for people staying here. Every bedroom plus living room are equipped with an aircondition unit. There is a little front garden and a bigger backyard with a BBQ. Both bathrooms are spacious and clean. Towels and linen are provided. There is a washdisher, washing machine. Close to the house there are shops, beaches are just 5 min by car, 20 min walk. We liked the place as there are many interesting things close to it (Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Monaco etc.). The only problem is when you are older - the bedrooms are upstairs. The host is a kind lady (she doesn´t speak much English), helpful and really nice. Lovely place and lovely stay.

Frejus Townhouse in september

The townhouse was very comfortable and spacious, clean with all equipment needed. But it was very noisy, day and night, due to traffic on adjacent roads at rear of townhouse.

A lovely time in Frejus.

We had a lovely stay at this property to attend a wedding. The location was ideal and there are lots of places to see. We felt we could spend much longer here. The property suited all our needs. The kettle wasn’t working when we arrived but our wonderful Anton sorted this immediately. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Many Thanks Yvonne Howard

Cool and spacious accommodation

Our family of five plus one grandparent spent a very enjoyable week at this property in Fréjus at the beginning of July. The house is very well equipped and tastefully presented with some fine pieces of antique furniture but also manages to maintain a contemporary feel. The three bedrooms upstairs each have very efficient air conditioning units and the house has traditional Provencal shutters to the windows plus a useful fan downstairs. All of which helped keep us cool in the lingering Summer heat. We tended not to use the rear garden at mealtimes, preferring instead to eat at the large traditional style dining table in the lovely dining room which was perfect for our party of six. The house is in a good location with a variety of shops and amenities close by. By walking and making good use of the local buses we managed quite happily for the week without a rental car. The number 4 bus, which runs between Saint Raphael and Fréjus, stops nearby and was useful for getting to and from the rail station whilst the new electric Navettes, routes C and D, were good for getting to and from the various beaches. The nearest beach was around thirty minutes walk with the children but taking a bus one way and walking the other worked quite well for us. Whilst we didn’t quite get around to renting bikes ourselves it’s worth noting that there is a very comprehensive network of cycle paths and routes throughout Fréjus and Saint-Raphael. One such route runs close by the house so cycling from this location would be a breeze. All in all well equipped and spacious accommodation which made for an excellent family holiday.

Great property in a great location.

Three of us stayed at this location it was close to all amenities and found it was a perfect location/base for us to explore southern France on our motorcycles. We found the owner a pleasure to deal with great communication and genuinely concerned about making our stay comfortable. The property was well maintained and very clean and tidy and felt a very safe place due to it being a gated community and the residents were very welcoming to us. I have no complaints about our stay and would definitely stop here again in the near future. (Thank you)

Spacious house - perfect for families

We spent a week in the house with our little boy and the grand-parents. The house is very spacious with absolutely everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. It also has quite a big outside space at the back where you can have barbecues. The house is located about 30 minutes walk from town in a safe compound where you can leave the car. Sylvain was always here to help us when we had queries and we felt welcome. A perfect place to be sharing with your family. It is also very good quality/value. Recommended.

Tout était parfait, lotissement sécurisé grâce au portail avec digicode, accueil parfait de Monique la voisine, très à l’écoute et aux petits soins, nous avons eu un soucis avec la télé suite à un orage, elle a directement réglé le soucis, Chouette espace à l’extérieur, la maison est spacieuse, tout était parfait Tout le séjour s’est déroulé parfaitement bien, petit pincement au cœur de rentrer, nous reviendrons c’est sure

Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmern und sehr bequemen Betten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr nette Betreuung durch die Nachbarin, sie hat uns sogar vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und noch zum Supermarkt gefahren. Hier kann man super entspannen und sich wohlfühlen. Geschäfte zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in Fréjus

Tolles Anwesen mit mediterranem Flair - sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, z.B. auch nach St.Tropez oder Monaco. Die Altstadt und die Strandpromenade von Fréjus sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager) gereist und dafür hatte das Haus die perfekte Größe. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze im Juli/August sehr angenehm war. Die Küche könnte etwas liebevoller bestückt sein und die Strasse hinter dem Haus ist im hinteren Garten etwas störend, aber das beeinträchtigte den Gesamteindruck in unseren Augen nicht. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die unglaublich hilfsbereiten Nachbarn Monique und Bruno. Die Übernahme läuft sehr unkompliziert ebenfalls über Monique. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöner Pfingsturlaub mit Hund

Frejus verfügt über einen der wenigen Hundestrände an der Cote d'Azur und das etwas in die Jahre gekommene aber gepflegte und wohnliche Reihenhaus ist eines der wenigen, bei dem man einen Hund unproblematisch mitnehmen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und werden wiederkommen. Die Anlage ist durch ein Tor gesichert und daher nach vorne sehr ruhig. Die Straße hinter dem Haus ist allerdings etwas laut. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch die Nachbarin von schräg gegenüber, unproblematisch und sehr nett.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist echt sehr schön. Und die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb. Beim einchecken war sie direkt da. Sie hat uns sofort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und von dort aus kann man alles sehr gut erreichen. Wir fanden alles sehr gemütlich und wollen auch wieder kommen

bij aankomst bleek dat het huis in een afgesloten zone lag. alleen mensen die de code hebben kunnen dus binnen, wat wel een meevaller is. Monique, ons aanspreekpunt, is een bijzonder aangename dame. ze was zeker niet te veel aanwezig. wanneer ik haar nodig had, kon ik haar zonder problemen bereiken. het huis voldoet aan de omschrijving van de eigenaar. alleen de slaapkamer op het gelijkvloers is niet zo groot als ik had verwacht. hierdoor is een verblijf met 7 personen misschien niet zo comfortabel. het huis is inderdaad voorzien van alle comfort en heeft overal airco. wat betreft de huisraad, borden, glazen, bestek enzovoort, is er wel voldoende voor 7 personen. de parkeerplaats voor de auto's is naast de voortuin, achter elkaar. deze was groot genoeg om onze beide auto's te parkeren. wanneer je in de tuin zit hoor je de auto's voorbij rijden van de straat erachter, dit is zeker niet storend en geeft geen hinder tijdens bijvoorbeeld een gesprek. over het algemeen hebben we een heel prettig verblijf gehad.

Communication bien avec le gérant malgré les distances. Cependant beaucoup d’intermédiaires (les voisins qui ne s’occupent pas de tout et une autre personne qu’on a essayé de joindre vainement). Une panne d’eau chaude peu arriver mais pas de réparation faite depuis au moins deux semaines. Dommage L’accueil super avec les voisins et gérant qui anticipe l’arrivée Sinon dans la maison, literie dans une chambre à revoir (lit qui s’enfonce), équipement juste de base (pas de grille pain, manque de bols), la maison est cependant propre

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und eingezäunten Anlage. Die Parkplätze liegen vor dem Haus und sind für zwei Pkw vorgesehen. Es sollten nicht unbedingt zwei sehr große Autos sein, dann wird es eng. Das Haus ist ordentlich, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich rustikal eingerichtet. Praktisch ist ein Schlafraum im Erdgeschoss für Menschen, die keine Treppe gehen können (ausziehbare Couch für zwei, aber schmal). Direkt daneben ist ein Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss ist dann noch die Küche, das Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Drei Schlafräume sind im Obergeschoss. Zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Die Betten sind nicht sehr groß, typisch französisch halt. Dann gibt es noch ein Bad mit Badewanne. Allerdings ist die Armatur defekt und es kommt nicht immer warmes Wasser. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Sehr schön ist der kleine Gärten mit großem Gasgrill. Es gibt dort eine Art Laube zum Sitzen mit schöner Beleuchtung. Direkt hinter dem Garten liegt die Straße. Das hört man im Garten, im Haus weniger. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und schönem Außenbereich. Die Hausverwalterin von gegenüber ist hilfsbereit und nett. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas seltsame Müllentsorgung. Bitte die Hinweise an der Tür zum Waschmaschinenraum lesen.

Tout est parfait : confort, propreté, , sécurité , équipement, climatisation, linge de maison. Terrasse arrière spacieuse et ombragée Communication très cordiale avec un propriétaire très réactif. Pour un maximum de confort à signaler: Prendre un petit ventilateur pour la chambre du bas où le lit n'est pas large pour deux personnes. Terrasse arrière légèrement bruyante aux heures de pointe.
