This house was amazing! Perfect yard for our dog, plenty of room in the house for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for some down time while cooking dinner in the kitchen that had all of the cooking wear we needed. I read quite a bit in the hammock, in the early morning for some perfect relaxation! Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed option as well as the hot shower! Short drive to beach. This house is clean, with a great location!

! Also the hosts are awesome! Only complaint i have if its even a complaint is the shower was a little small for me but im 6'1" 280lbs lol. Had an unexpected AC snafu or last night there and had to check out early but Michael made it right. Would definitely stay here again

Beach extended weekend getaway!

Great location and Great little property. As Advertised. Decorated adorable with everything you need. Short trip/walk or ride to the beach. Wonderful communication and Great host. Our family and friends had an amazing time and enjoyed Surfside and this property.

Clean little house

Overall great place. Water pressure for the shower is terrible, but that is the city, not the owners. However, the house was clean. Only a short walk to the ocean. Check in and out was very easy and the owners communication was good.

Super Clean Property, just bring your clothes and food. Everything is included beach chairs. Only thing I wish it was 2nd tv in the main bedroom and regular showerhead not just a handheld.Perfect highly recommend close to beach.getaway

Quaint little house

We booked a last minute trip to Surfside and found this little house. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Not big at all, but just what we needed. We loved the convenience of the house, the check in process was so easy, loved not having to talk to anyone in person to get into the house. It was perfect for our short stay!

Is property manager, managing?

Property manager seemed unreliable. Not readily available or professional. Property appeared not to have been cleaned before we arrived, and some places not cleaned in months. Owner Michael understood our problem and made a partial refund. He was courteous and professional.
