Welcome to Centre St.! This darling, centrally located cottage is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Guests can enjoy a King bed, mini kitchen, jacuzzi tub for two, and an outdoor seating area with a chiminea and grill. Experience all the peace and quiet of a Hill Country retreat while being just minutes from the heart of Downtown! This adorable little getaway is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to experience Fredericksburg as its meant to be seen!

Please note: The owner lives onsite. There are no shared/communal spaces.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Perfect little cottage

Perfect little cottage for a weekend stay! Just a couple blocks from Main St. yet still very private. Very comfy bed! Only negative is the shower/bath combo. If you’re tall, difficult to shower.
