Blue Sage No. 3 is one of our most accessible dwellings with a glass overhead door that opens from the bedroom directly onto a large private deck which is anchored to a Texas Red Oak. Upon entering from the boardwalk you will pass through the well-appointed kitchen to the bright, vaulted king bedroom. The bathroom has a flush toilet (people ask...), a double-sink vanity, a curbless walk-in shower, and heated tile floors.

Blue Sage is located just ten minutes north of Fredericksburg, TX on famously beautiful Ranch Road 965, and just ten minutes south of Enchanted Rock State Park.

Parking is very close to the dwelling entrance. Blue Sage No. 3 is an elevated single-level tree home with no stairs and 36-inch clearances throughout.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
