Very clean which was appreciated and nice smart tv in living room. Basement bedroom freezing cold. Not enough mugs/glasses/plates. Bare-bones furniture in bedrooms, mismatched bedding, but beds were comfortable.

This place worked. I don't know the prices for comparable rentals with a dog, but it was the bare minimum. The curtains were nailed to some windows, the heat//thermostats have not been upgraded I assume since the 50/60s? The front door let tons of cold air in and there were not enough lights. Also it could be rented as individual rooms and I would caution people away from the basement which didn't have a single light switch inside the room. It was again the absolute bare minimum. Towels, toilet paper, cups, spoons. The faux plants were actually very realistic. It worked for us as a family so I'm not mad about it, but if you are looking for a cute, quaint Frederick experience I'd look elsewhere.

This was a great location for two families coming together for a wedding. The beds were comfortable, and the house was conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping plaza and close to the expressway on-ramp. The owner was quick to respond and helpful in answering any questions we had.Overall, the house met all our needs and provided a comfortable stay. It could use a few minor updates—like fresh paint on the scuffed walls—and some additional seating since it sleeps nine people. There were only four chairs around the dining table and one couch in the living area. It would also be helpful to have more dinnerware to accommodate a larger group.Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and comfort the home offered.
