Tiny house. Great space for relaxing. Nice quiet area. Not far from town. Restaurants and shopping 5 miles from town. Very clean, Wifi, Netflix, TV in living area and bedroom. NO SMOKING!!! NO PETS!!!

This owner thought of everything and more! I could write a book about the furnishings and decor alone. Great use of the space includes a private bedroom and spacious living room, kitchen with bar and seating, adorable bath! Everything worked well and it was immaculate inside and out! The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

What a great little place to just relax. Easy check-in and out. We met the property owners who were friendly and hospitable. We were able to relax for a couple of days without the hustle and bustle of the “popular spots” over a holiday weekend. Thank you for sharing Tranquil Villa!!

This property is a little ways away from a lot of amenities but was perfect for us. Was really close to our family that we were visiting. The place is just as advertised. Quiet, clean and has everything you need for a couple. We will certainly use this place again instead of a hotel in Suffolk.

The property was well kept and in a quiet area. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and responded quickly to questions. Love the recliners! (If you visit downtown Franklin before checking in, don't fret about the paper mill. Smells awful downtown, but we could not smell it at all as this property was several miles out of town.)

Great place to stay!

After several attempts to get into the lockbox, I contacted the owner who was there in 2 minutes. The house was very clean, convenient, and the bed was great! The shower is a bit small, but in a tiny house, the bathroom has to be small! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay ( I was there for a class reunion). I also felt very safe.
