Everything went smoothly, the lady checked me in was very nice, friendly and warm…all are great, the room was good and everything work and the window with the city view from a distance, not bad at all. Not an ideal location but it close to office buildings nearby and several restaurants too. When I got to the hotel around 8pm, there are several police/security chatting with some guests at the front door and I was feeling that I picked the wrong place but all are good. Staff are nice and friendly. I like it.

Overall average hotel. Parking garage is very small but there was plenty of parking available. Room could have been cleaner. There were lots of spots on the carpet in the room and especially in the hallway. There was a gooey spot on the nightstand that wasn’t washed off. There were two make up stains from someone’s hands on the bathroom door. The two drinking glasses in the room were not clean. The walls in the room need a fresh coat of paint, pretty scratched up. For the price I guess it was fine. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of options. I was happy they had hot chocolate as one of the drinking options since I don’t drink coffee. They also offered juices. We walked to an Asian restaurant that’s right around the corner, which had great food. That was very convenient. Drive to the airport the next morning only took 15 minutes.

Receptionist was helpful and friendly, easy check in and check out process! Room was cleaned and towels provided, location is good enough, depending upon your preference! Limited carpark space for free but you can park for extra charge under the building if you wanted! Definitely recommend, in overall it’s a great choice! We will book it again 👌
