Good hotel very close to the Brazilian side of the waterfalls and the airport. Food was not amazing and the amenities, excluding the gym, are not in the best condition and you cannot really enjoy them 100%. It seems to be a good option for families.

Staff weren’t very friendly at all apart from one waiter in the restaurant and the lovely lady in the spa Lots of people smoking and vaping around the pool area even around the children’s pool area Charged for water at table Had to get someone to come and fix the air con as didn’t work Nowhere to get lunch between certain times as kitchen is closed! Was the worst place I stayed in Brazil as just so unfriendly :(
