Make sure when you book a hotel and you could stay there. Not when you get there just to tell you that your room has been canceled for being over booked. There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out....

Stay away from this place! You will be better off sleeping in your car. My room had cockroaches all over. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. I had no choice to move because all the hotels nearby were sold out for the NASCAR race. There were several of us complaining about the roaches and was told by the staff that ALL hotels have them and there is nothing more to do. They did hand us a can of raid to defend ourselves. Check in was horrible. About 8 of us were left waiting in the lobby trying to do late check in.. the number to ca did not work and the phone number on the website rang busy.

This is not my first time staying here in in the past it’s been fine but I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but the place have definitely went down over the years I booked a 2 queen bed room 2 days ago when my husband came to check us yesterday the refrigerator wasn’t working and it smelled liked spoiled food in the room also someone took the tv. He went to inform the front desk and was told to give a couple hours for them to repair it or they would switch our room hours went by we went to check if it was fixed and it wasn’t I told someone at the front desk what was
