When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a few minutes, the clerk was seen in the breakfast area replacing coffee carafes. She saw me, but didn’t say anything. She returned to the front desk and got me checked in. She was not overly friendly. Got to the room, and it was not the room that I reserved. Called to the front desk, and Melody answered. She again was not very friendly. She halfway argued then said she would get us in the correct room. The new room had a comforter that looked soiled. The room otherwise was nice. The bed was comfortable. The front entrance is NOT clearly marked and not like most hotels at all.

My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here. The hotel was nice, free parking which is a mega plus in the downtown area. The only downside is the toilet didn’t flush. Luckily my husband knew what to do, so we didn’t report it right away. But after we arrived from dinner and showered we noticed the water wasn’t draining out of the tub, which caused us to stand in water while we showered. The staff member was nice when I did report it and apologized for the inconvenience. But overall the room, the area, the convenience and the price made the night worthwhile and we will book there again!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The property is old and needs an update. Our room was outdated, mold in the bathroom, dirty (nightstands had hair on them and dusty), floors not vacuumed, sticky bathroom tile floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
