We stayed at this property from April 5–13.The hot tub was not usable during our stay. The host informed us it was out of propane, and it was never refilled while we were there.One of the sleeping arrangements listed as a queen bed was actually an air mattress that required advance setup, which we were not aware of. As a result, one guest did not have a proper bed. The twin beds in the children’s room were not suitable for adult use.Upon arrival, sheets and towels were still damp. Several towels appeared worn and stained.The air fryer contained old food and needed to be cleaned before use, and some cookware also required cleaning.Upon removing the sheets to wash them upon leaving the mattress in the room with adult twin beds appears to have multiple urine and blood stains. The laundry basket next to the washer contained trash and visible mold.Photos provided for all of these claims.
