The property management was great and the best part of the stay! The pictures of the house make it look much nicer than it truly is. The backyard has almost no grass as it is all rock. The house needs a few minor improvements throughout. Definitely not walkable to the stockyards, so don't depend on that.

Really enjoyed our stay! Super roomy, really had so many amenities! Bedrooms were actually super nice and ac and fans worked great lol Communication from the beginning was awesome! Any question we had was answered so quickly! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Front door code never did work. The back doors worked great. Front yard and back yard was very trashy. There was a mattress and old news papers in front yard. Inside of house was great- outside was pretty rough looking.

This property was perfect for our stay near the Stockyards. Our son was getting married in the Stockyards and this property allowed us to all stay together and enjoy our time. It was convenient to all the locations we needed to be at, we could wake up and have coffee together, and it was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent place to stay!

The inside of the house was great for our group. It was a little pricy in my opinion and did not feel the location was within safe walking distance. The city really needs to work on their trash pick up in the surrounding neighborhoods

Using the word “luxury” loosely

The home had plenty of space for our group. Easy Lyft ride to and from the stockyards. The bathrooms are dirty and roughly remodeled. The dishes and towels are old.

Read before proceeding

Terrible experience. Pet feces and pet stains on carpet, dirty floors, large Neighboor dog barks all night, every night and partying with loud music. Not to mention AC leaked through kitchen ceiling during our stay and cancelled dinner plans to let repair guy come over. Must wait until 1 minute after your check in time for the code to unlock door. Do not try to get in even an hour or even minutes early or they will charge you extra. Very high price to pay for this type of stay. To top it off host was unwilling to give any type of discount and would not return communications.

Comfortable home close to the Stockyards

The home was comfortable and cute. It was in an older neighborhood that will hopefully see some love put into it soon. The code didn't work at check in, but the property manager was quick to respond to a text and get us in the home.

Stockyard Wedding Weekend

This was a great house for a large group! Plenty of room for everyone! It’s a very short drive to the Stockyards district which was a huge plus!! Older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification, so you have a mix of unkempt and well kept updated homes. But the neighborhood was really nice and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces behind the house. The house itself has mostly been updated quite nicely. The only issue I had was hanging my dresses in the closets. All of the closets are divided by a shelf making an upper hanging area and a lower hanging area…so it was difficult hanging anything long. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. I would book this house again for a large group.

Close to stockyards

This is a great duplex for a large group like ours! We had 8 people total, ages 11-50, but could’ve easily had more. Lots of comfortable beds on both sides. We walked to the Stockyards past a lovely park—took about 25min. Other times we drove or ordered a Lyft/Uber which only took 5min. Plenty of parking at the duplex! Great communication with the property owners. Cute little welcome baskets were a nice touch! Would definitely stay again!
