We stayed while having appointments at Baylor Scott and White All Saints hospital and it is very close snd convenient. Surroundings felt very safe. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants in area.

An indoor hot tub was advertised. I booked this specific hotel for that reason. No hot tub, they haven't had one for years. The clerk that checked me in that the pool was heated, so I said okay I can deal with that. The pool is not heated. The room the pool is in is heated. Had I known there wasn't a hot tub I would have booked somewhere else

This facility seems a bit worn in some areas. There were no bedside lamps in my room, and when I called the front desk I was told there shouldn't t be any! The next day the hardware on my room door broke from the inside, and I was trapped in my room for about an hour while the maintenance guy worked some magic. I was moved to a new room, and lo-and-behold there was a lamp on each nightstand. On the positive side, the hotel comped the room, and the breakfast is really good! Marriott needs to send this place some TLC.

What do that was the staff! Dawn, who was working at the front desk, help me connect to the Internet via my laptop. Then, the day I checked out I couldn’t find my cell phone and thought I had left it in my room. Dawn accompanied me back to my room to help look for my phone she even called my phone from her phone. To my embarrassment, I found my phone in one of my pocket pockets later but she was very helpful and very polite and very patient with me. Tonetta is a traveling manager: she greeted me during breakfast my first morning. We had a discussion about North Carolina, where she is from. The following morning she again greeted me at breakfast and recalled our conversation from the previous day. She is an asset to your management staff with skills in customer engagement!
