The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. The room was subpar. I give the following as areas of opportunity to improve: * The room was outdated, not a USB port in sight. Even the alarm clock needed a USB adapter for power, making it useless. * There was no hand soap in the room. * The tub was dirty and had mold. Positive: The bed was fairly comfortable Quiet building, which was great. The lobby looks as it was recently remodeled, hopefully there are plans to do the same to the rooms.

Sadly I was underwhelmed by the state of the room. No high touch areas were cleaned so much so a disinfectant wipe became stuck to a substance on one of the night stands. The shower had hair all over it, the toilet seat had not been lifted and cleaned so seeing urine stains and hair was disgusting. A dirty towel was last on the back of the bathroom door, the floor hadn't been vacuumed and multiple packs of ear plugs were on the nightstand. Ok to of all of these things the breakfast attendant obviously doesn't like her job, sure made several comments about non functioning equipment and products that weren't ready. I found hair in potatoes. I made the staff aware but, no concerns were immediately addressed. I won't be giving this location a second chance.
