Worst hotel experience ever. The room was covered in stains, dirty walls, and the bathroom covered in mold. We entered and the bug man was spraying everywhere throughout the building. You could smell the bug spray everywhere. They switched us rooms and it was the same condition. We addressed issues immediately with manager and he refused us a refund. We left immediately and did not stay. I was forced to book another hotel immediately. The hotel is nothing like depicted in the website. I have never been so mislead by a hotel listing.

One of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed at. Room was large as was the bathroom. Staff was wonderful and pleasant. Even the towels were soft and thick. Not one single negative thing to possibly say.

there was an unpleasant smell in the halls, The TV didn't work nor did the toilet flusj. It was too late when I returned for the night to have someone fix. The next morning I called the front desk and was told someone would be in a 7a and they would send them. At 730 I called again and the front desk attendant said he wasn't told. He came but couldn't really fix toilet to flush properly.

Hotel was clean. Staff was okay. Felt like there may have been people who were living in the hotel and very comfortable with their surroundings, but made me feel uncomfortable.
