The property is located perfectly on the beach. The condo is stocked with anything you could need. The amenities at the resort are amazing. Loved staying here. Would stay again 100xs!

Excellent property and perfect location!

This is our 3rd year at the waterscape resort and we couldn’t have asked for a better room. Everything was perfect and the location to the pool made it even better for our kids. We will be staying here again for years to come. Thanks for the outstanding experience!

Family Friendly

The property is amazing for kids. We had a blast and was comfortable beds and black out curtains which has been rare in our last few stays at other condos. Dont hesitate and book this place now!

Great condo!

We loved this condo! We just got back today. It was great being able to walk straight out to the pool and kiddie splash pad. Being able to leave the sandy beach wagon outside is a plus too! Would definitely stay here again :)

This was the perfect spot for our first family vacation! We loved the splash pad and lazy river! Walking to the beach was a short trip through the pool area. Perfect place if you have children who don’t really like to stay on the beach the whole time!

Family Getaway

This place was great! Plenty of space for the six of us. Our 3 girls loved the bunk beds! We loved being able to walk out the patio doors straight to the heated pool. Great property for families! The littles loved the splash zones and the lazy river. Beautiful beach access! Super easy check in and out. We will definitely stay here again if back in Fort Walton!

Spring Break 2025

Our stay was wonderful. Had one issue with the keypad on the door quit working. Contacted owner and someone was onsite within 15 mins! Excellent property and excellent communication from the owner. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. No complaints!!! The condo was perfect! The location by heated pool was great! This is by far the most kid friendly property we’ve stayed in. Beach was beautiful as always. We will be back very soon! Thank you for sharing this property with our family!
