Called the hotel en-route advised i would be Arriving late, they were pleasant and said no problem. I am a Wyndham rewards member.
I had Reserved a room that "Sleeps 5" (lower floor). it was suposed to be a handicapped accessible walk in shower room (wife had recent knee surgery) with 2 queen beds. And a pull out couch.
On arrival the lady seemed very nice but we were given a 3rd floor room...
It was late i figured... ok fine they gave out all the 1st floor rooms since i was so late...
Got to the 3rd floor and it was just a regular room with 2 full beds instead of 2 queens.. and a chair with no arms instead of a pull out couch.
I called downstairs no answer,
Called again mentioned the mix up and the lady acted like she did not know what i was talking about. By that time my 2 youngest kids were sound asleep. We were abs not going to get moved....
Just Went to bed....
No hot water on morning 1
Went downstairs for breakfast , grits, hot water, cold egg patties, luke warm sausage patties, the biscuits were great, really great actually. Was hoping for sausage gravy. nope, just a clean empty tray where perhaps it was suposed to be.. (i dont know if they even offer that but wishful thinking)
Coffee was good, orange juice was good. Waffle iron looked like it was working well... but no syrup so i went back upstairs.
Did not want to argue with staff. So I just dealt with the cards we were given.
My wife and I , with our 3 boys made a room with 2 full beds work creatively.
