*** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Balcony furniture will be removed and balcony use may be restricted during certain periods. ***

Beach view

This 3 bedroom condo right on the beach was perfect for our family vacation. Each bedroom has its own bath so it was nice that the grandparents had their own space. Kitchen is equipped with essentials, although all dishes and cups are glass/breakable so bring your own travel mug to bring drinks to the pool or kid dishes if you have young ones. Check in code is sent as soon as the place is clean so we were able to get in ahead of the expected time. The view of the beach/ocean was beautiful and access to beach and pool was easy. During our stay one pool was heated and one was not so it was nice to have options depending on the outside temperature. Would definitely stay here again!
