The room could use some TLC. It’s not a large room and not a lot of walking space to move around. A lot of motorcycles coming and going throughout the night. We did have a nice time though.

The property Management company was very helpful and attentive. We made the reservation for the Captains Quarters on the 3rd floor facing the Atlantic Ocean with an amazing Beach ⛱️ view. I recommend this property for a Beach getaway. The only inconvenience is there's no elevator.

We had a great time at the hotel, some loud construction going on the entire time we were there so not as restful as we'd hoped. Also the shower head is terrible. The rain shower head barely put out any water, it was super annoying trying to rinse off. The room could have been cleaner as well. The microwave was dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom that did not belong to us. The bed sheets had a suspicious stain on them but seemed clean. The room was comfortable though with a great view and is very conveniently located to the restaurant downstairs. No ice to be found on property so if you need ice bring it yourself. Also the kitchen was BARE. No dishes, paper towels, silverware, nothing! I expected some bare minimum kitchen stuff. The cabinets are completely empty so I dont understand having a kitchen if the hotel does not provide the bare minimum. We would stay again but likely not the same room as we cannot justify paying for a kitchen and having nothing provided.

I really enjoyed my stay and would love to go back and spend more time. The check in system was remote, more like an Air bnb but the company was very responsive. Loved the onsite restaurant and bar. The staff were very nice. Only negative, is it seems it's located near a sewer lift station or something like that. There was quite a smell outside. There was also some issues with seaweed on the beach so that was a bit of downer, but the staff assured me that it was unusual so I'd give it another try. The room we had had older décor but was still very nice and roomy.

Location was great unfortunately the room we had was above the trash so it smelt every time we walked in or out, there was mold in the shower handle along with the air vent covered in dust. I had to clean it my self. No hot water for shower. They did give me fresh towels and made the bed so that’s a plus. It was a holiday weekend so we were visiting friends so we were not there for long.

There is a strong smell from the inlet. So strong that we had to check out early. The view from the balcony was beautiful but the odor made it difficult to enjoy our stay. We had to go down the beach a ways to enjoy the beach despite having beach access from the property due to the inlet being dirty with debris.

Very comfortable accommodations! Pet friendly, clean and great location on the beach. They have one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a hotel. I would highly recommend for a very tropical experience. The restaurant has delicious food. The beach is beautiful!

Room 1 is not a part of the Oceanfront Hotel. It is a glorified garage building in a parking lot on the side of a noisy highway. Lots of BASS and lout mufflers. People walking by at all hours talking loudly. Air conditioner in room was so loud and needs replacement. People smoking dope right at the beach bar stinking up the whole place. Someone broke into our car overnight. We checked out 2 days early. What a complete dump! This building should be used for storage only.

Stayed on the island 3 years ago and passed this place. Let me tell ya what they’ve done. New owners took over the restaurant and bar made it into what you see now. Great access to a white sand beach with a dune bar. Great service and food. Room service everyday don’t really need to go elsewhere but there’s plenty to do down here. Great for adults
