When we walked into the lobby we immediately noticed it was warm. The ac was out in the lobby but not in our rooms. Our bathroom toilet had a stain on the lid. Our shower tile floor was cracked. The pool had a few bugs and debris floating in it. I expected more for what I reviewed on line from this Hyatt. Front desk and maid service was kind and efficient. The hotel itself could use some cleaning up

STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVIDE SERVICE. RAZOR AND TOOTHBRUSH WITH TOOTHPASTE WERE AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK FOR FREE. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ODOR-FREE. HAD A GREAT STAY HERE!!!
