3-bedroom house in lovely Fort Myers with AC Welcome to our Garden Villa!
Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath house, in a traditional old Florida style, located in a very private area in the shade of a huge old oak tree. The house is completely fenced and renovated in 2025, with plenty of parking space and private recreation areas. You will be only 10 minutes away from downtown Fort Myers, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. At the same time, you will enjoy the tranquility of country life, where you can only hear the birds singing. We have three bicycles that we offer for evening walks along the beautiful and quiet streets. This house is perfect for people who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and want to enjoy the peace and warmth of Florida. The house also has an additional study with an extra bed and all the necessary appliances.
It’s close to 75 freeway and downtown. There is also a small boat rump just a minute away from. At the property we have a boat/ RV parking space. We also have a new large grill and a picknick table so you can cook in the backyard.
