Perfect location

This apartment is in the IDEAL location. We parked the car and were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars easily. You can see the beach and water from the bedroom with the king bed. The apartment is well equipped and the pool was perfect for a dip after being at the beach. We will definitely be booking this spot again!

Perfect family vacation home!

From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.

Stayed long term

We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street.

Location is everything

This space is just a real quick and easy walk to the beach, Margaritaville and all that Times Square has to offer. The shared pool was great for a quick morning dip before hitting up the beach. The house was supplied with the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, salt and pepper. Nothing fancy, but was very clean and the location was perfect. There is no access to laundry or beach chairs. We rented from Shaded Rentals which was SO convenient. But as long as you know these things going in, everything should be great! Communication with the owner was also very easy. Giselle was very responsive!

The location was perfect for the group, as we didn’t have a car. Beach was a 5 minute walk and restaurants/bars were close by as well. The space was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Only bummer was the pool was under renovation, which we didn’t learn about til a couple weeks before our trip. Owner did give us access to a resort pool nearby, but it was about 10 minute walk away. Owner was very responsive. We’d come back for sure!
