The house was a great location -- easy drive to the "downtown" Fort Meyers beach area but far enough away so we were not in the midst of the busier area of town. Great for an extended family vacation. Lots of bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor space was wonderful with the pool and tiki hut covered patio. Tiki hut has couple holes in the roof which did not keep us from enjoying it but should be repaired. Lots of beach towels available and the beach wagons were very helpful. We needed a dock for the boat but ended up not being able to use due to the drastic tide changes so fortunately were able to rent a slip at a local marina. We did not read the listing closely - the upstairs and downstairs are NOT connected by an interior staircase. In addition we came around the front of the house from hanging by the pool to find the real estate agent sitting in the driveway feeding the local cats. She apparently stays in the downstairs apt at times. Would have appreciated knowing she was there. Overall, a great location large enough to house 2 families with adult children.
