We got inside the unit that I had rented and it was immediately obvious that no one had cleaned the room. The trash was still there, the beds were still dirty and unmade, the towels were still dirty. I immediately texted our hosts and they sent us to another unit. That one was only a 1/1 which is not what I had rented and they said I could stay there overnight and then move to the regular unit. Then immediately got another message saying oh I sent you to the wrong one and there's a third unit that you need to go to. I sent her a message back right away saying you sent me to somebody else's unit? are we standing in a place that we're going to get arrested? never heard back on that. Again it was a 1/1 and even though my sister and I hadn't slept in the same beds in about 50 years, we did that night. The next day they finally got our right unit ready for us at 2:30 in the afternoon, so there was our second day not in the unit and when we got in there, they had no Wi-Fi. That meant no TV. we got hold of them and of course there was nothing they could do because they have to set up an appointment. We love the unit it was perfect but never again! I really hope we were the one off, that this is not a normal occurrence for this place.
