Easy valet parking, luggage held while waiting for room to be ready. We loved the large pool and plenty of chaise lounges. The fence blocking access to the beach was a bit of a nusance. The food was prepared well and appreciate the containers with covers. Happy hour drinks and food pretty limited choices. Wish there was live entertainment like in Hollywood Beach location, and wish we were offered the complementary Margaritas at check in as advertised.

Resort is beautiful right on the beach , live entertainment at the pool and in the hotel, beautiful sunsets, room was really clean , staff was great! At times it was too crowded and you could not find a chair to sit at the beach or at the pool, because the resort allows daily passes to the pool! Also if you like quiet , it is not quiet at all , very lively at all times .

The dining service was excellent. The beach staff was excellent. The front desk service was fair and inconsistent. Didn’t realize the room would be in a separate building across the street from the beach and pool. That was inconvenient. We overlooked the terrace which included the bar and road, some beach view. That was considered a $75/night up grade.

Rooms and amenities were nice but this hotel is on a noisy street, in a noisy area, and the music plays constantly. There are no quiet areas of this hotel. Even the pool DJ can be heard from the beach, which really ruins the vibe out there. It’s a party scene no matter which was you turn.
