Directly on the sands, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! This unit has all you need - featuring a private patio, full kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower, a king bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, and even a set of beach towels you can take to the beach! Coin-operated laundry rooms are located on the ground level. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Truly a great space to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Sunsets here are stunning and hard to beat!
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *
Please note during peak season (mid-December to mid-April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals are encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

The electronic lock on the condo was out of battery or broken in some way. We could not get in the first night of our stay. TriPower rentals did solve the problem and eventually did reimburse us a bit for the error but I was not impressed by their "people skills".The condo was very nice with a great view.

The unit was exceptionally clean, well stocked, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean! The pool area was beautiful and had plenty of space for all to enjoy and be comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again when in the Fort Meyers area!

Spring Break
The check in process was easy and the condo was clean, updated, and decorated nice. We arrived 2 hours early and they were able to accommodate early check in. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you’d need. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there is no beach access at this location and the beach is covered in bull dozers, excavators and other heavy equipment. You have to walk north of the EB &TC to get to a beach bc our area is roped off with caution tape. This was not communicated to us and the price was not a discounted rate. We also did not see anything online indicating this. We talked with some locals and they are months away from being done with the beach. The workers also were working through the night so at 2am you could hear the beeping sound the machines make while moving. Lovers Key State Park is a close drive and we also did a kayak tour around Big Hickory Island that was a blast. Ultimately I would recommend this rental, but the management company should have reached out to let us know that the beach was closed and covered in equipment.

Beautiful condo but noisy
This condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus great gulf and beach views. However, beach renourishment was underway 24/7.The loud beeping of the construction vehicles disrupted our sleep and the peace of our days. The ice maker didn’t function.

Winter get away
We had a great week. Weather could have cooperated a little better but, it was better than the single digits back home. The condo was very spacious for the 2 of us. Really liked the divider between living space and bedroom it provided privacy for an early riser. Didn't use the balcony as weather didn't permit but, the sunsets were stunning. Cooking staples were minimal but the kitchen was ample for our needs. Lots of hooks and storage to keep things neat and tidy. The only thing I'd suggest is to replace the coffee maker with a single serve machine (Keurig) for convenience. Thanks for a great week!

Great View
Our favorite thing was the amazing view. We watched dolphins each morning. The condo is at the south end of the beach which was very quite. It's closed to a grocery and CVS. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. For 2 people it was perfect.
