Exactly as described.

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication with property management was easy and hassle free. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We especially like the beach “accessories” that provided. Usually we have to go buy chairs, umbrellas, etc that we just leave when we go home, but there was good quality stuff to use at the beach in the condo. Very happy with everything during our stay.

Our stay

It was a beautiful 10 days. Positives: manager was always there to answer questions, check in was smooth, it was enough space for 2 adults. The condo served our purpose. Beach chairs, nice umbrella (not a cheap little one), cooler all provided which was great! Nice and quiet facility. Now for a few negatives: water pressure plus non existent hot water in kitchen sink was a bummer, the non smoking policy was a bit over the top. They had 2 benches to sit at, no covering. Been nice to have sat on lanai and relaxed but I get smoking isn't for everyone. Needs scanner card to get in to door. Or u gotta remember a set of 4 and a set of 7 codes. This would be a nice update. Overall if ur looking for a place for just 2 adults at a reasonable price I'd recommend .

Our overall stay was very nice. The condo was clean and the views of the beach and Gulf were incredible. We did have a couple of issues...I was told the beach chairs had been replaced when in fact they were not. They were rusted and unsteady. Therefore we had to buy new (and did not leave them at the condo). The refrigerator was not working correctly. It was cool at best with only a few esential items in it. When I notified the management company via (emergency number) phone and email, I did not get a response for several days. This has been our second stay at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. We love the area...

Best location for a beachy vacation

Lovely condo with great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Short walk to the beach. Took advatange of the nice BBQ area. Pool feels like bath water. Saw a bunny at the pool. :)

Would stay hear again

Very few complaints. One of the elevators were down for a day. Speaking with some residences they said the heater on the pool broke but the water was fine for my liking. Overall experience was great

Better than we expected .

The place is located in a nice area , close to the Pier where everything is happening. First time renting with VRBO , was a little leery but it was exactly what they your had advertised . Will definitely rent again in the future.

Cozy & comfortable

The size of this condo was the perfect size for 2 adults. We enjoyed having the full kitchen so we could make meals during our stay. The bathroom was much larger than expected. The view was BEAUTIFUL off of the balcony. The overall location of the building was exactly what we were looking for - on the Fort Myers Beach strip but not too busy. There were also chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, tennis rackets and tennis balls for us to use. It was the perfect vacation since this property provides everything you need for a week’s stay (or longer)!

Fantastic balcony - overlooking pool and beach - hear waves. Heated pool awesome - except for it closing at 7:30pm. Great proximity across from restaurants. No shampoo or utensils for cleaning off dishes. Bathroom outlet broken. Despite being outdated we would stay again.
