The property was close enough to town to walk and we did every evening. We loved that the property had chairs and umbrellas for our use. I suggest to get one early if it is crowded. The check in was seamless and Ava was so helpful. She was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Our unit was very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend staying at Casa Playa.

We had a great 3 week stay! The location is perfect and the view is beautiful. The staff at Casa Playa really make you feel right at home. The grounds are well maintained and public areas are very clean. The free beach loungers and umbrellas are a nice touch, not to mention the free margaritas! We experienced a leak from the condo above and Casa Playa management took care of everything and compensated us for the inconvenience of work being done during our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect location! Walkable to the time square location, yet in a quite area. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus. The first morning we opened our shades, we saw dolphins! Only thing missing was an iron. I was uncertain who to contact, but the shower did not drain and the security latch made if very difficult to open and close the door since it was broken. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here! It was even better than the pictures and the view! Very clean and everything you need! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was amazing! Far enough away from the busier part of Estero Blvd, but close enough to walk to it. Condo was very clean. Check-in process couldn’t be easier.

Great location
Great location, small property but it has everything you need, including a spacious bathroom and nice balcony. Property provides beach chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which is steps away. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, enjoy the dolphins!
I use VRBO quite a bit, and this was the most cooperative and communicative staff I've dealt with. The building is literally on the beach, and you can sit and watch dolphins from your balcony. Nothing but good things to say here.

Beautiful Condo, Ocean View, Dolphins and Shells!!!!
This VRBO listing description, location, and communication were a perfect score!! Derek was quick to communicate and it was a seamless check in/out process. My wife and I watched dolphins from the balcony and found tons of cool shells at low tide. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, look no further!! This place is perfect!!
