Logement très bien situé avec vue sur mer de part son balcon .Quelques petits points a revoir niveau robinetterie coin cuisine ,nettoyage de sa hotte ,petites odeurs provenant de la salle de bain ainsi que un renouvellement des assiettes serait idéal car certaines sont fendues à la limite de cassée.et aussi un petit renouvellement du matériel de nettoyage..sinon un logement idéal pour son tarif très calme et a proximité des commerces et restaurants...nous avons apprécié.

Bonjour, Hôte accueillant et à l écoute. Appartement propre et accueillant avec tout ce qu il faut pour préparer les repas et se reposer. J ai passé un bon sejour. Juste un truc mais là personne n y peut rien c est quand il ya beaucoup de vent c a siffle dans la chambre et les vmc qui refroidissent l atmosphère.Cordialement

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette belle région. L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Mais nous avons été déçus par le manque de propreté et d'entretien de l'appartement.Nous avons pu communiquer facilement avec le propriétaire mais ce dernier n'a pas pu résoudre nos problèmes rapidement ( chasse d'eau défectueuses,cabine de douche en mauvais état...) La place de parking est difficilement accessible. Nous nous sommes garés à environ 900m de l'appartement car partout dans Fort Mahon les places de stationnement sont payantes et difficiles à trouver au mois d'août. La place de parking est

emplacement idéal! dommage que pour accéder à l'appartement il y a deux escaliers en pierre extérieurs avec valises et par temps de pluie guère pratiques... propreté du logement laisse à désirer équipements très succincts pour une 1ère expérience de ce type elle ne sera pas renouvelée.

Location bien située au calme mais proche de tout avec vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Terrasse bien exposée. Globalement l'appartement était propre excepté les poils de chien sur le canapé bien que la location soit interdite aux animaux. La location manque d'entretien : lunette des wc mal fixée, porte de cabine de douche qui ne se ferme pas entièrement, aspirateur ne fonctionnant pas ( vieux balais ...)remontée d'égouts dans la salle d'eau, chips sous le canapé, oreillers et couettes sales et qui ont fait leur temps, volets roulants laissant la lumière passée à certains endroits. Le passage pour la place de parking est très étroit donc pour les propriétaires de voitures assez larges la place ne sera pas accessible.
