Room was spacious but the rooms need updating. If you stay here, hope that you wont need the elevator. It is extremely slow. The property wasnt full at all but i can see how this can turn into a disaster when the place is fully booked. Front desk needs more training. They are not enthusiastic to help. they dont answer the phones...would rather not be bothered. You definitely need a car here - nothing is walking distance from here.

The hotel was nice and clean. After checking in and going to my assigned room I met a family inside the room that was assigned to me. Went back to the registration desk was given another room. Asked the staff for a late check out due to the inconvenience but was told no until I had to remind them about their inconvenience on my first assigned room.

Staff was friendly, the pool exceeded our expectations, and the daily activities always gave you something to do. The rooms were a bit dated, but overall you can't beat the experience for the price. We will definitely be back!
