This property had a musty smell throughout the hotel and they had no heat at all and didn’t let us know that they didn’t have heat until we asked and I had my granddaughter with me in a cold room it was freezing in that hotel I will never stay there again

This a great location for going on a cruise. There are food options that are walkable and the shuttle to the airport and cruise port are wonderful. The breakfast option is okay. The coffee is good and if you have kids they love the make the make the pancakes station.

The hotel front desk staff were not proficient in their work. We waited for half an hour before we could find our room. What's worse, the two adults and two children in our family were assigned to two separate rooms. It was a very bad check-in experience.

The hotel had a modern and clean look, which made the stay comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The free airport shuttle was a big plus and made arrival very convenient. We were also able to easily book transportation to the Port of Miami for the next day directly at the hotel, which saved time and hassle. The lobby had a pool table, adding a fun and relaxed vibe, and beer was available for purchase as well. Overall, it was a good stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
