House was full of cockroaches, it was filthy when we got there, floors dirty, dishes and silverware were dirty and had food stuck to them/ bowl in cupboard had crusted Mac n cheese stuck to it. The pool was filthy and it did say in advertisement that it cost extra for heated pool and hot tub, but I thought that was ridiculous. Never rented a house and had to pay extra to have a heated hot tub. The pump in the pool wasn’t working on the pool since the day we got there, so they sent a pool guy there without no warning to us at all. Showed up and walked into the backyard while we were sleeping and never announced he was there. The yard guy showed up unannounced and walked into the backyard right after my boys and I left and the girls were out back alone at the pool. The plumbing is bad and the showers don’t drain so you stand in a lake while you shower and only one shower actually gets hot. Curly hair pubes all over in all showers. Tried to contact owner and property manager multiple times and got no answer or return. Very uneasy feeling having guys walk into the backyard when your daughters are out there and they had to come inside to get their mother/same with the pool guy. There’s a front door knock on it!!! Health department should definitely be called.
