Room was clean but the state of the room was old. The toilet didn't flush a few times. The bathtub handle was loose to the point of falling off. They claimed 24/7 service but that did not happen. Front desk is closed through the night with signs apologizing and that they would open at 8 AM. They did not open at 8. Closer to 8:45 when someone showed up. They did come to fix the bathtub handle, the toilet was still intermittent on working. Plus: cheap and very close to the beach. Our pool was clean and heated. Stayed in the Palms (Seaside section).

We had a wonderful stay at The Palms. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is great — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was terrible. They were not clear about check in procedures. I saw many people turbed away after paying for booking. They dont disclise the mandatory $100 deposit only acceptable on credit card. They will not accept cash. This caused me unnecessary stress, because my cards were maxed on Car rental deposits. They were inflexible, didnt tell me that you dont get the room you booked they have 7 different properties and just put you in whatever one they choose.

Quiet, safe, clean ,Yadira the maid she was very nice, and the reception staff was awesome. Close to the beach . Good food rice 3 pool available, clean and quite . I love it

The rooms aren't what you see in the pictures, the room size isn't what's advertised, and breakfast—if you arrive half an hour before closing time, you might not get enough food. The management isn't friendly, so think twice before booking.
