Welcome to Center Beach and thank you for visiting us! Our stunning 4 bedroom and 4 bath (2 master suites) (Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds)( Newly remodled bedroom with Queen bed and private bathroom) beach house is 90 yards from tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. When not at the beach enjoy our newly designed waterfall pool and 8 person spa. We named our home Center Beach because it is located on Center Avenue, steps to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. Fort Lauderdale is near and dear to our hearts as we visited there for many years and have many friends there. After growing up in Philadelphia and missing Fort Lauderdale Beach, Center Beach is now our vacation home. We invite you to make Center Beach your home away from home, we know you will enjoy it!
We have had the good fortune of staying in many five star hotels and resorts such as the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys. These places have had a strong influence on how we designed Center Beach from the bed linens and mattresses to the kitchen to the outdoor pool and spa. Center Beach can sleep 10 comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
We invite you to relax outside on the beautiful and tropical patio. The patio is covered with high hat lighting. There is a 55 inch LCD TV in the patio to enjoy the game. The pool has a barrier fence to protect the little ones and can be removed upon request. The large 8 person hot tub has two 30 inch spill over waterfalls into the pool. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is ample patio furniture.
Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs Master Suite. The king size bed with the mattress and linens of the highest-quality.... comparable to 5 star hotels. The room is equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV with an X-1 smart remote. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone/iPad. Walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars, shelves and two luggage racks. The bathroom has a dual vanity, walk in shower and free standing soaking tub.
Second Master Suite is tucked away downstairs. This very spacious bedroom has a king size bed with a high-quality mattress and linens. It is equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The very large walk-in closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. There is a nice private bathroom with a combination shower and tub.
The upstairs Guest Bedroom has two very comfortable queen size beds with high-quality mattresses and linens. This large bedroom has a 30 inch LCD Flat Screen TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. Closet is organized with hangars, shelves and a luggage rack. The private full bathroom has a shower.
The downstairs Guest/Office bedroom has a Queen size bed with two single high-quality mattresses and linens. This room has a large bureau, two night stands and a LCD Flat Screen TV. There is a clock to where you can play and charge your iPod/ iPhone. The full bathroom has a shower.
The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. While having dinner you can overlook the beautiful pool and hear the waterfalls.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.
The downstairs living room has a 55 inch Smart TV. . There is a leather sofa and cocktail tables.
The upstairs living area has a 50 inch Smart TV. Bring your Xbox / Playstation for the kids and movies to play on the Blue Ray.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
We have a child who is allergic to please no pets.
Also, absolutely no smoking on the premises.

This estate, originally the winter retreat of Frederic Clay Bartlett, a Chicago-born artist and collector of two dozen and one modern masterpieces, including iconic works like Picasso’s “The Old Guitarist”, Van Gogh’s “Bedroom”, and Seurat’s masterpiece, “A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte”. In 1920, Bartlett and his second wife, Helen Louise Birch, were given the oceanfront land in South Florida by her father, Hugh Taylor Birch, a prominent Chicago attorney, real estate investor, and naturalist.
