Not a luxurious resort. This property was misrepresented by the owner. The surrounding area is not desirable. The property was not fully and properly and throughly cleaned. There was debris in the yard. A bug in one of the bathrooms and trash in the bins. The lock was broken on the first day and was never fixed. The surrounding properties were very close to us with trailers parked in the backyard next door and with loud and aggressive barking dogs at all hours. This did not allow us to enjoy the backyard. On our third night we came home to see three police cars in front of our driveway due to an incident right next door. We were not comfortable before that and very uncomfortable after that and left first thing the next morning. Complete waste of 9000. Worst experience I have ever had with VRBO.

Great Place

Outdoor living space was awesome. Pool was not heated as listed. Would stay here again because of the great communication with Aaron and Team. Close to the beach and other attractions!

Misleading Listing - AVOID

Property manager knowingly listed this property as having a heated pool included in the price. Our party booked this property specifically for the heated pool and when we arrived the property manager (Glam Homes) spent the first 24 hours ignoring our questions about how to heat the pool. After continuing to question, he admitted to not having a heated pool but tried to tell me it was my fault and the listing didn’t say heated. All three sites (this one, their competitor, and Glam Homes) all state heated pool included in the price. The property manager here was apathetic to our situation. This was a bait and switch. In addition, the house had renters that left the same day we checked out. The house, although “cleaned, smelled like a wet dog, the pool area was covered in debris, and there was dog hair throughout the house. The trash was piled up on the side of the house our entire stay from the previous guests. Add all of this up plus a property manager that spent more time blaming his guest than helping them, and this one is now the only property I’ve ever had a complaint about. Avoid! Trust me.
