This was such a good value for week-long stay. An easy walk to everything on Wilton drive and about a 15 minute drive to the A1A beaches. The place has everything you need, minus the kitchen. Also, the hosts were super responsive to any questions or the one issue I was having (user error!). I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay around Wilton Manors & even those looking for a better value stay for the beaches.

We are a couple and stayed four nights at this lovely place. It is a small Studio but designed very well so the most everything you need is right at your fingertips. The host is very communicative and thorough. Love the location, very private and quiet. Besides the normal things that one would expect at a B&B, we loved the free access to all the major movie channels such as netflix, hbo, Disney Plus and so forth. We did not need a membership for those. Also the included coffee pods for mornings was great and a snack box as well. Would recommend for a short stay. No kitchen, but a small fridge and a microwave, and dishes for two, if needed. Great shower.

The good: location , nice clean room for what it is. Easy to get to. Bad: the owner lives next door. Everyone he cooks his food my room smells strong food Oder. The owner control the AC so good luck if you like your room cold or warm. When my friends visited he approached them and that was rode anyway you see it. Parking can be an issue for the owner. All and all nice place but the food Oder and the ac control is a deal breaker for me. Nice place but I will Not go back .

This spot is exactly as the listing presents but better. Jiheng and Sebastian have thought of everything. Comfortable, clean, well located, perfect outdoor space for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Comfy bed, over the top shower…can I say more? Would love to sray again!

The property was wonderful though booked through Expedia which partnered with Vrbo. Owners communicated through Vrbo which I never saw, even when logging into Vrbo. I tried to communicate through Expedia and never got an answer. Poor continuity between Vrbo & Expedia.

Exactly what we needed

I was very happy with our stay and the process was very easy. Thank you. The only thing I wish I had control over was the temperature of the room. It was cold, but I was able to adjust accordingly. But, I do recommend future tenants to bring a sweater.

Great location and price ! It has everything you need. Great bed and shower! The only thing I didn’t like was you’re not allowed to have a friend/guest over and how they repeat no “unauthorized guest” over and over again in their posting, emails , and display the statement in the unit.

Adorable guest house in beautiful and hip neighbourhood

Communication with the hosts is easy, fast and simple. I enjoyed the separate entrance to the room. Clean space with thoughtful amenities, including small bottles of water, mini snacks and drinks. Many shower products to choose from as well. I also enjoy the exterior lighting, which made me feel very safe when walking back in the evening. Comfortable beddings, I slept very well during my stays. I had a small question regarding temperature of the room and the hosts were able to address the concern immediately. I agree with some feedback from other guests, maybe a shelving unit or two in the bathroom will be lovely to hold all our products. Thanks
