The staff was ok. The clientele, meh. Young people smoking weed outside and inside the hotel. Advertised beach access, but only if you walk through another hotel and restaurant. I would spend the extra money next time for direct beach access.

FOUL !! This hotel If that's what they're call it, is absolutely disgusting! The hallways smell putrid, The pictures are definitely not what I saw, the pictures are a lie! A fugazi, everything is outdated. Dingy dark fake grass hanging everywhere. The pool is foul. The ice machine looks like it hasn't been serviced in years. Our room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom is so tiny with one little mirror. The lighting is horrible. The air in the room is disgusting, very dirty, The walls, the rug the windows. The TV horrible the picture quality, so bad from a dinosaur TV, No coffee in the lobby , they offer nothing! I am so disappointed with this place. This place needs a complete renovation. I definitely do not recommend. DO NOT STAY HERE

I would never stay here again. Dirty hotel .only lobby looks like its upscale,sheets had hair and stains on them, couch in room stained and old,windows look ancient,i requested towels they never came called 2 more times they finally came. I couldn't leave soon enough.

Very comfortable hotel its a 5min walk from beach ( u cross 2 roads go throught a other hotel side to get to the becah) not bad. I didnt mind. Its near beach. It has resort fees which is normal about 19$ a day i believe but nice includes beach towels and chairs for the beach They have a chill area outside i was impressed with some pool table and fuz ball and some chairs outside. Close walk to mcdonald, dunkin donuts. Cloae to a grovery store and cvs. Useful. Thats what i liked. I was very happy and impressed with the hotel. Its simple. Yes needs some work in washrooms but rooms clean and beds and pillows super comfy very impressed with the 3 star. We were on 3rd floor insode the building. And i liked the stay. Was good 4 days. Didnt mind plus we were out beach all day or out town soending day. 👍👍

Staff, amenities. There was a charge for everything and there was very little at the hotel. There was not stuff suggesting or assistance, answers were very vague and not helpful. Beach was 1 mile away, it was not featured such. Breakfast not close, needed to walk more than a mile. They change $38 to use the amenities, when there ate none except a small pool. What do you pay for, walking on they spaces. Not worth it, would not recommend it.
