This is a remodel condo located at the heart of Lauderdale Lakes in a gated community. The community is well kept and its located close to a Park for walking, running, and playing sports. It is within 10 minutes to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and near major medical centers.

This is a private bedroom in a two bedroom condo with your own bathroom. The room is spacious and a cozy one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. Ideal for one person and It is available for mid to long term rental. The room includes Free parking, WiFi with Smart TV in the room.

Please note that while the bedroom and bathroom is private, you will share common areas, such as the kitchen, living room and dining area.

My stay was 2 weeks, and everything presented on the app was accurate. Absolutely loved the bathroom more than any hotel. Very comfortable and homey place to stay, easy check-in, deposit refund received early with my early check-out when my work itinerary and shortened a few days. The other resident there was rarely present, and had a very respectful and impressive presence at all intersections. Definitely recommended!!

There is a permanent resident living here for 6 months not in listing and not disclosed! Condo has dead and live bugs, doors broken (keypad doesn't work). Dirty couches, filthy air filter & noisey neighbor. Was supposed to stay 17 nights and left after 1st night. Paid additional money for hotels and cut my vacation short! Waiting for them to respond to VRBO emails!
